Even with all the hot weather we have in the area, Kathleen and Johnny are doing a great job to get things looking good at Augustine Estates, LLC. In fact, this past week, two brand new tenants told Kathleen just how happy they are about being in the park. It’s nice to get positive feedback.

Adjusting rent and late fees

We understand how difficult it can be to pay all your bills – rent, utilities, groceries, etc. To help out, we have decided to make it a little easier for our tenants.

As of today, the rent structure at Augustine Estates, LLC is as follows:

1	$360	$180	$90
2	$400	$200	$100
3	$440	$220	$110

Also, as of today, LATE FEES HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!

Lastly, for new tenants we no longer require a security deposit.

We hope these changes make life just a little easier for our tenants.

Sprucing up the Park!

Over the last few days, we have been doing the spring cleaning around the park. Raking, picking up deadfall and clearing away the low hanging branches. Things have been slow with the rain, but everything is coming together nicely.

New Sign Coming!

We will be getting a new sign on the park property in about one week’s time. The sign will be similar to the one shown on the home page of this website. The new sign will give a spark of life to the park and let people know that we are open for business and that homes are available for rent.

Hello Augustine Estates Residents

We would like to take this opportunity to express our excitement about taking over the ownership and management of this community. We are very happy to be here and we look forward to building this community into a place that you can be proud to call home.

Some changes will be taking place over the course of the next few weeks and we want to explain the reasons behind these changes.

1. The park name will be changed from Neisler Mobile Home Park to Augustine Estates, LLC. The main reason for this change is to remove the words “mobile home park” from the name. We believe that the name of the park if very important and makes a lasting impression on the people who live here and the people in the surrounding neighborhood. The name “Augustine” was taken from the same person that Warner Robins is named after, Brigadier General Augustine Warner Robins. Finally, we added the word “Estates” because if sounds more inviting, like a community that people respect.

2. A new set of park rules will be established in the park. Park rules are very important for the consistent and fair operation of the park.

Longer term, we will be making improvements to the park. These improvements will be designed to make the park more attractive and raise the reputation of the park within the community. If you have some suggestions for improvements, please visit our Suggestion Box and give us your ideas.
