Referral Program
If you are a current resident of the Augustine Estates, LLC community, you may refer people you know and would like to live close to. When you refer your family and friends to the park and they complete an application to become a resident of the park and that application is accepted and they sign a one year lease and move in, we will credit your rental account with $100.00 towards your next rental payment. That will leave an extra $100.00 in your pocket to spend on other things.
