Notes to Tenant:

  1. If you have an emergency that is of a health, security or fire concern, you must call the appropriate emergency response number (ie. 911).
  2. This form is to be used for non-emergency repair requests only. If you have an emergency repair you must call the Park Manager directly.
  3. This form is to be used for non-minor repairs. As per the terms of your lease agreement, you are responsible for any repairs with a cost of $10 or less (check your lease to confirm).
  4. You will be contacted to discuss the repair and if necessary the Park Manager will review the problem on location. If approved, the repair will be scheduled for the first available maintenance slot. Non-emergency repairs are performed on Wednesdays.
